Carolina Sznajderman
Carolina Sznajderman concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and commercial litigation, representing the interests of real estate developers, lenders, service providers and a variety of other businesses and professionals. Carolina also assists clients with commercial landlord/tenant issues, labor and employment matters, foreclosures, business disputes, condominium association litigation and appellate work.
After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, summa cum laude, she obtained her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, summa cum laude, and a Licenciatura en Derecho from the University of Barcelona as part of a dual law degree program. While in law school, Carolina obtained an international concentration and received Book Awards recognizing her as the top student in her class in the study of constitutional law and wills and trusts. Carolina served as a Senior Staff member of the Nova Law Review and was Vice President of the International Law Student Association.
After receiving her dual law degrees, Carolina served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Gross, State of Florida, Fourth District Court of Appeal. Carolina is an active member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida. Carolina is also fluent in Spanish.
