Joseph H. Rose
Joe Rose concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and commercial litigation. Since joining Egozi & Bennett, P.A., Joe has worked alongside the firm’s seasoned litigators in representing the interests of real estate developers, banks, creditors, service contractors, and a variety of other businesses and professionals. Joe has additional experience in such matters as commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, zoning and land use law, alternative dispute resolution, and class action litigation.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., with a double major in English and Spanish and a minor in Linguistics, Joe graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Joe twice received the University of Miami School of Law Dean’s Certificate of Achievement, recognizing him as a top student in both Legal Research & Writing and Mediation Workshop.
Joe is an active member of the Florida bar and a member of the bars of the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Joe is also highly proficient in the Spanish language.
