Joseph H. Rose
Joe Rose concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and commercial litigation, representing the interests of real estate developers, lenders, creditors, service contractors, and a variety of other businesses and professionals including personal trainers, physicians, food manufacturers and purveyors, condo-hotel operators, internet business operators, and video production companies. Joe also assists clients with commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues, appellate practice, labor and employment matters, foreclosures, small and complex business disputes, condominium association litigation, bankruptcy, and defending and prosecuting civil fraud claims.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., with a double major in English and Spanish and a minor in Linguistics, Joe graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Joe twice received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement, recognizing him as a top student in both Legal Research & Writing and Mediation Workshop.
Joe is an active member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Joe is also fluent in the Spanish language.
