Robyn DiTocco

Robyn DiTocco has extensive experience spanning more than twenty years representing clients in a wide array of real estate and business matters, including development, zoning and land-use, multi-million dollar construction defect, contract and lien litigation, employment, human resource, loan re-structuring, and federal trademark infringement.

Robyn is an active member of the Florida Bar, and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Robyn is also a Supreme Court certified county and circuit court mediator. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and graduated with high honors from the University of Florida. Thereafter, an avid “Gator”, she continued her studies at the University of Florida and received her law degree in 1989, also with high honors. While in law school, Robyn became a published member of Law Review. She is also a member of the Florida Chapter of The Order of the Coif, an honorary scholastic society that recognizes excellence in legal education.
